To keep you moving during Winter we have refreshed the Grosvenor Place Wellness Program and are pleased to offer the following classes:
TUESDAYS – Pilates
THURSDAYS – Yoga
Where: Level 16
Class Times: 12pm, each session is 45 minutes
What to bring: Mats are supplied for your convenience. If you prefer to use your own, please bring them with you.
Bookings: Each class is limited to 20 people so booking is essential. Classes can be booked one week in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note the following:
- Mats are supplied for your convenience. They are cleaned using Viraclean before and after each class. Viraclean is first cleaning product in Australia to kill Coronavirus. If you prefer to use your own equipment, please bring it with you.
- Sanitise your hands using the provided hand sanitiser at the beginning and end of each class.
- Abide by the capacity guidelines in the end of trip facilities. Please get changed for class in the end of trip facilities, not the on-floor bathrooms.
- Bring a towel and water bottle to class with you.
