At Grosvenor Place, customers benefit from an holistic approach to comfort and wellness. It starts as you enter the lobby, where you are welcomed with natural light and a welcoming business lounge. Feel like a workout? Grosvenor Place offer a bespoke Wellness Room which offers a series of weekly wellbeing classes, including meditation, Pilates and yoga.

Where: Level 27

What: Pilates Tuesday and Yoga Thursday

Class Times: 12.15pm, each session is 45 minutes

What to bring: Mats and rollers are supplied for your convenience. If you prefer to use your own, please bring them with you.

 

 

Pilates

A 45 minutes session designed to get you moving, breathing and sweating. There will be strength work for the core, legs and upper body. This will be a full body work out with a gentle warm up and cool down.

Yoga

These classes employ both dynamic and therapeutic moves along with traditional Hatha Asana to promote energy flow throughout the body. They are designed to help develop a strong core and balance physiological and neurological movements.

Run Club

These classes run every Wednesday 12:15pm. It’s a 45 minute session starting with a warm up and then into interval training or a 5km run. Suitable for all levels.

Every Wednesday and Friday morning
