As Community Manager and Head of Concierge at Grosvenor Place, Aurelie provides a warm and friendly welcome for all our customers and their guests. She also helps out with tenant requests, including restaurant reservations, VIP welcomes, dry cleaning, booking show tickets, holiday planning and supporting event management. With a finger on the pulse, Aurelie always know what’s going on and creates a personal connection that grows our community. If you have an idea on how we can improve the Grosvenor Place community, her door is always open.
