Step Challenge


What you need to know…..

When: The step challenge will run for one week starting this week to end August with a bang! From Wednesday 25th August to Tuesday 31st August.
Why: We are encouraging our community to take time out every day to walk and check in with themselves.
Where: Join remotely. All you have to do is send your weekly step count taken from Strava, Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Runkeeper to on the 01.09.21. e.g A screen grab of your apple health app would be perfect.
Win: The person with the most steps over the week will win a Lululemon Yoga Mat.
