LUNAR NEW YEAR

The Lion Dance, usually staged as part of Chinese New Year celebrations, is believed to bring prosperity and good luck for the upcoming year.

Join us to share in this celebratory ritual on Wednesday, 29 January  from 12.30pm to loudly herald the Lunar New Year. 

The Lion Dance will begin in the rear lobby with the awakening ceremony, and conclude in the Piazza where Fortune Cookies and red envelopes with secret surprises could bring you immediate good fortune. 

One lucky winner will celebrate Lunar New Year in style with a one night stay for two, including breakfast, in the West Hotel Sydney.  Located in Barangaroo, the West Hotel, is Australia’s first property from the Curio Collection by Hilton.
