Grosvenor Place is running a three-part series with wellbeing health expert Carli Phillips from Sept – Dec 21. The series is aimed to educate and give you tools to cope with the ongoing stress factors we are facing and to help protect our wellbeing. Carli will talk you through a broad range of self-care strategies and health tips along with action plans and well-being planners to get you started straight away and stay on track!
The final session is around energy management and some nutrition tricks so we can power through until Christmas.

Carli is a Wellbeing key note speaker, Mental Health First Aider and Nutritionist.
Combining 20 years of Health & Wellbeing expertise with Wellbeing lead roles in multi-national corporations, Carli is an expert in corporate wellbeing. With a Degree in Health Science and a Masters in Business, Carli has conducted extensive research into mental health strategic planning and corporate wellbeing.
