Grosvenor Place is committed to creating a new lobby and arrival experience that responds to the needs of its community and their guests and have appointed construction specialists, Renascent, to commence work on The Grosvenor – an exciting new business lounge within Grosvenor Place.
Embracing your arrival, the Upper and Lower lobbies will be re-imagined to be vibrant environments for customers to inhabit and enjoy, as opposed to simply transit through.
Melbourne-based architecture and design firm, Design Office, have elegantly incorporated a myriad of new spaces for our community’s changing needs – a new multifunction space with booths to hold casual meetings, bookable meeting rooms and a central area for agile working.
The arrival experience will be further enhanced by the introduction of a new seating scheme in the Piazza. Created by the team from Harry Seidler and Associates, the introduction of seating pedestals and greenery will complement the new lobby and provide additional social spaces that can be used to catch up with colleagues over a coffee and enjoy the sunlit plaza.
To make way for the construction work, Ipoh and Bar Bene will sadly no longer be operating. The building newsletter (you can sign up here!) will keep you up to date on construction schedules and timelines – until then you can continue to use the lobby.
