Much like Grosvenor Place which fuses heritage architecture with ultra-modern workspaces, the offering at Chi Chi plays on traditional dishes and methods with its own unique twist. The menu features elevated versions of classics which are designed to be shared, however also offering larger style dishes including substantial salads and Wok items to be enjoyed on their own.
The kitchen is headed by Bremmy Setiyoko (ex Rockpool Dining Group – Spice Temple & Sepia) who has created a stunning selection of Pan-Asian inspired dishes including a handful of Small’s such as Chongqing Edamame with Chili & Sichuan Pepper; Curly Fries with Seaweed Salt & Aioli; Crispy Eggplant with Fragrant Soy & Chili or the handmade Chicken and Prawn Wontons with Chili Oil.
