We are delighted to offer the building community access to our complimentary wellness classes online.
Lead by our regular instructor, Izabela, the timetable is as follows:
MEDITATION TUESDAY- 12.30-1.15pm
PILATES WEDNESDAY – 12.30-1.15pm
YOGA THURSDAY – 12.30-1.15pm
Please complete the following steps to register attendance:
- Create a client account at Bookamat Sydasana Wellness https://bookamat.co/register/client/sydasana-wellness
- Register for a class, as per location “Grosvenor Place tenants only”
- Download Zoom
- Access the Zoom link to live stream your class on your Bookamat client profile
- Classes start at 12:30 pm sharp, please login and “join meeting” at 12.29 pm
- Have your space/yoga mat/cushions set up before logging in
- Connect your laptop or iPhone to a bluetooth speaker if you have one for better sound quality
- Please keep your microphone and video muted during the class
- Places are limited to 100 attendees per class
