You may have already met our new Assistant Concierge, Kelly. Did you know she can help you get out and enjoy the sunshine on these gorgeous winters days? Just go introduce yourself and she can loan you a picnic blanket and a great recommendation for a nearby park to take a break. She is dying for any excuse to meet all our tenants.
Kelly joined us two months ago from the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park where she ran the Club Lounge following several years in hotel hospitality. She is so excited to be joining the concierge team at Grosvenor Place to expand her passion for delivering excellent customer service.
“This building was impressive to me from the moment I arrived for my interview. It is a work of art in itself and the general atmosphere is very positive”, she said.
From her position based beneath our impressive entry artworks by Frank Stella, Kelly is daily inspired for her passion outside of work to sketch and paint. So tap her creative knowledge to find local galleries, vistas for viewing and simply pleasant places to take a wander in the CBD.
She is also excited to be part of the wellness and sustainability initiatives at Grosvenor Place so feel free to ask her for more information or sign up for wellness classes or boot camps. “This building creates a great sense of community by providing these activities and services and also leading the way in being sustainably aware and active”.
And her team’s services are not just inside the building. Kelly says the central location of Grosvenor Place provides her a huge array of recommendations she can share for walks and cafes, activities and entertainment and dining options ranging from formal to casual.
The concierge service is available Monday to Friday from 7am until 5.30pm offering dry cleaning and shoe cobbling services, complimentary wellness classes, bookings on behalf of tenants, bootcamp sessions, recommendations for restaurants and other things to do in Sydney.
“We aim to offer the best service we can and make the lives of our busy tenants as easy as possible by being knowledgeable and never compromising on the quality of our offered services,” Kelly says.
