Grosvenor Place’s new state of the art suites, located on Level 41 welcome new tenants including Gallop Asset Management, Citilink Finance and Gentle Group. Designed by Girvan Waugh Ltd, the six suites range in size and offer fully fitted-out designer kitchens and a shared boardroom complete with the latest in communication technology. As a tribute to Grosvenor Place’s renowned modernist architect – Harry Seidler, who won the Sir John Sulman Medal for the building’s design, each suite’s fit-out was inspired by an influential and internationally significant 20th Century architect such as Mies Van Der Rohe and Richard Meier.
