Grosvenor Place Management is delighted to announce that we will be adding complimentary Meditation classes to our Wellbeing Programne.
These will be held every Tuesday commencing on the Tuesday 30th January 2018 and run for 11 weeks until the last class for Term 1 on Tuesday 10th April 2018.
This is in addition to the Pilates classes held every Wednesday and Yoga classes every Thursday.
A class that uses transformative power of awareness to deepen our capacity to feel and to sense ourselves as fluidly embodied and connected beings. Participants gain the power to release tension and struggle, learn how to heal and renew, and to savour their experience in a way that enhances the grace, beauty and enjoyment of life, awakening to ever-greater freedom and aliveness.
More specifically – we will use meditation and aware connection to the breath initiating it from the relaxation of the muscles and simple movement patterns that are based on discovery, diversifying our movements to stimulate new neuropathways and increasing proprioception. It’s sort of like developing an inner dialogue. That in turn will give participants the space to observe, sense, evaluate and then respond to their senses in class and in ‘real’ life.
Previous participants have reported reducing anxiety and stress, regaining sense of control in their life, being in state of non-reaction, better communication and interpersonal skills, fore focus, empathy, increased awareness and reduction in physical stress responses.

When: Meditation Tuesday, Pilates Wednesday & Yoga Thursday
Class Times: 12pm & 1pm
Two classes are conducted and sessions are 45 minutes in duration, commencing 12pm and 1pm. Mats and rollers are supplied for your convenience.
Due to the size of the new Wellness Room, classes are limited to 16 people, thus bookings are essential to ensure your spot.
Bookings – Classes can be booked one week in advance. If you would like to cancel your booking, please ensure you inform Concierge by 10am of that day.
